- Transaction Information: When you perform operations such as purchasing SIM cards, activating phone numbers, recharging, purchasing or changing packages, we will collect your consumption records, package handling details, service processing time, order number, order status, order amount, recharge amount, and payment method.
2. Information Automatically Collected When You Use the Services
- Device Information: To verify the legality and security of your logged-in device and payment process, collect and report abnormal data such as APP crashes/freezes, monitor APP performance, identify unique device identifiers, and send push notifications, we will collect your unique device identifier (e.g., IMEI), MAC address, Android ID, terminal version and model, mobile phone brand information, IP address, and mobile network information.
- Location Information: We may collect your approximate or precise location information to provide location-related services or content.
- Log Information: We will automatically collect detailed log information about your use of the Services, including but not limited to your access time, visited pages, clicked links, search keywords, operating system type, and browser type.
3. Information We Obtain Through Third Parties
In certain specific business scenarios, to improve business processing capabilities, response speed, or for other considerations, we may use software development kits (SDKs) and interfaces provided by capable third-party service providers to provide you with services. These SDKs and interfaces may collect and use your personal information, which we will collect and use only after obtaining your authorization and consent. These SDKs and interfaces include:
- Payment SDK: To provide you with better recharge and payment services, we use the WeChat Pay SDK. To ensure the normal operation of your recharge and payment processes, we may use your network information, device information, and storage permissions (Android systems only).
- Tencent SDK: To facilitate your direct browsing of information, opening H5 pages, and viewing videos within the client, and to enhance APP stability, we use the Tencent Browsing Service SDK and Tencent Bugly SDK, which require access to your location and storage permissions (Android systems only), access to phone status and identity, and software installation list.
- Client-side Underlying Framework Libraries: We use client-side underlying framework libraries, mainly including General Library (a universal module for internal network, file operations, encryption, and decryption of all clients), Download Module (used for online version updates and plug-in function downloads on Android systems), Network Library (ensuring users can normally use the client when connected to the network), Log Library (recording local APP operation logs), and Dynamic Permission Library (a support library for all dynamic permissions within the client). These libraries require access to your storage permissions (Android systems only), SMS and MMS permissions, camera, recording and contacts reading permissions, permission to read phone status and identity, and access to precise location to ensure the operation of core business functions of the client, enhance the smoothness of client use, and improve the response speed of client business.
4. Permissions You Grant Us
In addition to the above necessary permissions, other permissions will only be invoked when you use specific functions, and we will request your authorization and consent through pop-up windows or other methods at that time:
- Storage Permission (Android systems only): To ensure that you can normally load H5 pages, splash screen videos, and update the client to the latest version online when using this client, we need your authorization to access multimedia content such as pictures, sounds, and videos on your mobile terminal, and obtain terminal storage permission.
- Contacts Permission: To ensure that you can normally use functions such as recharge and payment, direct data recharge, and detailed bill inquiry, we need your authorization to obtain your mobile phone number and contacts permission, and we will not store your contacts information.
- Camera Permission: To ensure that you can normally use the real-name authentication and photo upload feedback functions of this client, we will obtain your camera permission after your authorization.
- Clipboard Permission: When you need to copy and paste text during the use of this client, as well as when sharing or receiving shared information, we may request to invoke the clipboard copy/paste function and collect information from your device's clipboard. Clipboard information will only be processed on your device, and we will not store your clipboard information for other purposes.
